What we collect and why

• Your email address and order details (video link, budget, audience choices, campaign results), to run your order, send you updates and receipts, and let you sign in. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.
• Payment details, handled by Stripe. We receive the payment status, amount, country and the last digits of the card, never the full card number. Legal basis: contract and our accounting obligations.
• Technical data such as IP address and browser, in server logs, to keep the site secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in security.

We only use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to remember your currency. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies at the moment; if we add them, we'll ask first.

Who processes data for us

• Stripe (payments)
• Supabase (database and sign-in, hosted in the EU)
• Vercel (website hosting)
• Resend (sending emails)
• Google (running the ad campaign; Google receives your video link, not your email)

Some of these companies are based in the US. Where data leaves the EU, it is protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records as long as accounting law requires. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete what we don't need to keep by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@rivizzo.com. You can also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija) or the data protection authority where you live.
