Refund policy

We want this to be simple. Here is what happens to your money in each case.

Google doesn't approve your video

You get the full amount back, automatically. We email you when the refund is on its way.

You cancel before the campaign is live

Email us before we've started the campaign and you get the full amount back.

You cancel while the campaign is running

We stop the campaign and refund the part of the ad budget that hasn't been spent yet. The part already spent on ads and our service fee for the work done aren't refunded.

After the campaign has finished

The ad budget has been spent, so there is no refund. View and subscriber numbers are estimates, so getting fewer than estimated isn't a reason for a refund on its own. If something went wrong on our side, tell us and we'll make it right.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Stripe. They usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
