Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy a promotion from Rivizzo (rivizzo.com), a service run by SIA Fonhof, registration number [registration number], [street address], Riga, Latvia, VAT [VAT number] ("we", "us"). By paying for an order you agree to them.

What we do

We advertise the YouTube video you choose using Google Ads, from our own Google Ads account. The price you pay covers the ad spend and our service fee. We set up the campaign, choose the audience (automatically unless you ask for specific countries or ages), and report the results to you.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube and Google Ads are trademarks of Google LLC.

Estimates are not guarantees

Before you pay we show a likely range of views and subscribers. These are estimates based on recent campaigns. We don't guarantee any number of views, subscribers, likes, comments, watch time or revenue. Results depend on your video and thumbnail, the audience and countries, the time of year, competition from other advertisers and Google's ad review.

Views from ads don't count toward YouTube Partner Program watch hours.

Your video

• You must own the video or have the right to promote it.
• The video must follow Google Ads policies and YouTube's Community Guidelines. We may refuse or stop any campaign, for example for weapons, adult, shocking or misleading content.
• The video must stay public or unlisted, and embeddable, while the campaign runs.

Timing

We usually set up the campaign within one business day of payment. Google then reviews the ad, which usually takes less than a business day but can take longer. A campaign runs until its budget is spent, normally over about seven days (about one day for a test run).

Refunds and cancellation

If Google doesn't approve your ad, you get the full amount back. Other refunds and cancellations follow our refund policy.

If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a service contract. When you pay, you ask us to start the service right away. If you withdraw before the campaign has fully run, we refund the part of the price that hasn't been used. Once the campaign has run in full, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include VAT where it applies. We don't see or store your full card details.

Our liability

We do our best to run every campaign well, but we can't control Google's systems, ad auctions or review decisions. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow this limit, such as for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Nothing in these terms reduces your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version shown when you paid applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of Latvia. If you are a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and you can use the EU's consumer dispute resolution bodies.
